Booking Conditions

The minimum number of travelers in each trip is four, and the usual maximum number is eight plus the guide.
We ask our clients to book their own flights independently to Jerez airport where the trip starts. So the experience starts for all travelers from Jerez airport. We can help with advice on airlines we use.

The price includes all travel and fuel for the whole itinerary, in a comfortable, modern, air conditioned mini bus. All vehicles used by us also carry an EU safety certificate.

The hotel has been carefully selected by AWE to offer our customers a good quality accommodation, in an environmentally aware setting. All rooms are on suite and our price includes half board (breakfast and picnic lunch). Evening meals are not included. Excellent selection of restaurants are very close by. Our price relates to two people sharing a double room. A single supplement does apply and price on application is dependant on the timing of the tour.

Payment will be in two parts. The first installment as a deposit at time of booking is £200.00 per person, then the second installment to be cleared in our account thirty days before the tour departs £500.00 per person. Extra drinks, food, telephone calls etc are not included. Your hotel, all entrances and fees to parks, trip and guide fees, donations, cable car tickets, transport and fuel are included in our total price £700.00 per person, No hidden extras! After our receipt of your deposit you will receive a detailed email itinerary, bird and wildlife species lists and information relating to the sites we will visit. (Or by post, or on disc for those who like us prefer to save on the paper).

A list of available dates can be found on the 'Bookings' page. These dates are constantly updated but dates shown can not be guaranteed until the deposit has been paid.
Dates can be fine tuned to meet everyone's needs, however once flights are booked the dates of the tour will not change. Further dates will be added this summer for our winter season tours and spring 2008.

We advise all our clients to arrange their own travel insurance before leaving the UK. (Make sure it covers your optical and photographic equipment). And your E111 health card. We as a company have civil liability insurance, to cover injury or damage to any third party.

If cancelling 60 - 15 days prior to trip starting you forfeit 50%.
14 days prior to trip starting you forfeit 85%.
Any breach of the above payment schedule or unreasonable delays will result in cancellation of the booking.
